- 500 g flour
- 25 g of baker's yeast
- 1 c. teaspoon salt
- 80g caster sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- Butter 120 g
- 25 cl of warm milk
preparation
- In a large bowl, place the flour, salt, sugar mixed with vanilla sugar, yeast and eggs.
- with milk and knead the dough for 10 minutes to make it soft and pliable.
- Add the butter and continue to knead until it is absorbed by the dough.
- Cover and let rise.
- Tap the dough to remove air before use.
