- 200 g of drained tuna
- 2 c. mayonnaise type
- 6 grated pickles
- Lettuce leaves
- 8 preserved tomatoes in the oven
- 8 slices of bread
- Mix the tuna with grated pickles and mayonnaise to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
- Chop the lettuce leaves. Cut the preserved tomatoes.
- Arrange the slices of bread on a cutting board. Spread each slice of bread with tuna mixture.
- Top half of the bread slices roasted tomatoes and shredded lettuce, cover with remaining bread slices bread, buttered side against the filling.
- Remove crusts from bread and cut the sandwich in half.
- Good to know: Replace mayonnaise with ricotta cheese sandwiches for lighter
