 ingredients
  •      200 g of drained tuna
  •      2 c. mayonnaise type
  •      6 grated pickles
  •      Lettuce leaves
  •      8 preserved tomatoes in the oven
  •      8 slices of bread

preparation
  1. Mix the tuna with grated pickles and mayonnaise to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
  2. Chop the lettuce leaves. Cut the preserved tomatoes.
  3. Arrange the slices of bread on a cutting board. Spread each slice of bread with tuna mixture.
  4. Top half of the bread slices roasted tomatoes and shredded lettuce, cover with remaining bread slices bread, buttered side against the filling.
  5. Remove crusts from bread and cut the sandwich in half.
  6. Good to know: Replace mayonnaise with ricotta cheese sandwiches for lighter

  •      500 g flour
  •      25 g of baker's yeast
  •      1 c. teaspoon salt
  •      80g caster sugar
  •      1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  •      2 eggs
  •      Butter 120 g
  •      25 cl of warm milk   

preparation
  1.      In a large bowl, place the flour, salt, sugar mixed with vanilla sugar, yeast and eggs.
  2.      with milk and knead the dough for 10 minutes to make it soft and pliable.
  3.      Add the butter and continue to knead until it is absorbed by the dough.
  4.      Cover and let rise.
  5.      Tap the dough to remove air before use.
